Attend

In an emergency, our helpdesk is open 24 hours a day to take your call. After discussing the problem, a member of our team with relevant skills will attend the site within the required timescale.

Access

If the works are of a reactive nature and the problem could cause harm or further damage if left untreated, our team will apply a “First Fix” solution where possible. Once the issue has been resolved, a full detailed report including photographs will be supplied to your designated team.

If the works are for surveying purposes only, we will arrange an assessment. Usually, our specialist contact the end user directly and keep you up to date at every stage of progress.

Deliver.

Depending on the size and urgency of the job, we will always look to supply and estimate within 7 days of initial visit, so we can get to work as soon as possible. On completion and sign off, we’ll document all repairs or renewals, supplying photographic evidence and reports, highlighting the problem and how it has been resolved.
