What are your opening times?
Office opening and closing times are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Our phone lines automatically divert to our dedicated out-of-hours call service which can be accessed 24/7.
Can I get someone to attend when the office is closed or on a weekend?
Our out-of-hours support team are here to help at any time, day or night.
Do you charge a turn out fee?
Our site visits are FREE. There’s no call out or survey fee; we only charge for an emergency attendance.
What trades you cover?
We cover all aspects of construction from the ground up.
Are you employing more workers?
We are always on the lookout for good, dedicated employees who are eager to progress. Send a copy of your CV and a brief description of the role you are looking for. We’ll contact you to discuss available options.
What qualifications do your employees hold?
All our employees are highly skilled and have the correct training for the type of works they carry out. We are constantly adding to their personnel skill level through new training and refresher courses which keep them up to speed with the latest techniques.
Do you use subcontract labour?
Although most of the work is carried out by our in-house employees, we provide a larger scope of skills with trusted and approved contractors.
What is your public liability insurance cover value?
Currently £5,000,000 but can be increased on request
What is your availability?
We can carry out emergency call outs with a 1-hour turn around dependent on the location from our remote engineers.
Do you document your works?
All surveys and works are well documented with photographs and reports
Do you have national coverage?
We are currently cover the North West to North East down to West Midlands and East Midlands.
